Refund policy
We do not accept returns on change of mind. We only accept returns on faulty items; send a picture of the damaged merchandise within the 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
For something very unusual, since most of my items are handmade or originals, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please send pictures of the damaged goods. Once I have seen what was damaged, keep the item, and I will send a new one. You can contact us at lisamarieproartist@gmail.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong thing so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right you can send pictures to lisamarieproartist@gmail.com.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned as original Artwork, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
No change of mind. Only damaged products accepted on posters/glass/frames are damaged; I will exchange those if I need pictures of the damaged product.
Refunds
No change of mind will be excepted, only damaged goods.
